Smart Kids 1のレッスンを受講しました。モジモジ、モタモタとレスポンスの悪い子供に対し終始笑顔で接してくださいました。「今から◯◯をやります」「ここまでは◯◯について学びました。次は●●に進みます」という状況説明が必要以上に多く、重要な情報がぼやけている印象を受けました。あとこれは教材のつくりのせいもあるでしょうが、ダイアログに沿ったロールプレイでは、まだ英文をスラスラ読めるレベルではないのに、いきなりセリフを読むよう指示があり、子供がやりづらそうでした。
