カランメソッドstage３受講。初めてのレッスンでした。ほかの方のレビューにもあるように結構早いスピードでサクサクとレッスンが進んでいきます。先生は淡々として進めるので気を引き締めて臨むとよいレッスンができると思います。こちらの先生のレッスンで気に入っているのは、レッスン開始時にきちんと「テキストを閉じてください」と言ってくださるところ。これが有ると無いとでは私の場合気の引き締まり方が違うのでありがたいです！
