On a later lesson on March 29, the lighting was poor and the screen was unclear, making the face appear completely dark. In that situation, the camera is pointless since it is effectively audio-only.
When I requested that this issue be improved, I was told that I was the only one who had ever complained about such a matter, and I received a very rude response.
