課堂一開始老師都會以聊天開場，這點我不介意，但因為該老師，就這麼的一直聊到課程結束，當我發現時間已經過了30分鐘喔了，因為我今天的第一堂課跟最後一堂課的老師是同一人，我不想同樣狀況再發生，所以我取消了該老師的最後一堂課，但是這樣我點數就會被倒扣，是否可以申請不倒扣點數，因為我已經浪費一堂在老師聊天，而且此非我能被控制因素。
