カランメソッドを受講しました。先生からの質問に対して、答えを考えさせてからリピートするタイプでした（もちろん、ヒントもくれます）。シャドーイングタイプではありませんでしたので、考えてから解答しました。スピーディーではありませんが、質問を聞いてから回答する時間があるので瞬間英作文的な練習になりました。
